Workshops

Our workshops help people who are looking for ways to connect to their inner wisdom, get on track, and find new meaning in their life. These programs are tailored to help attendees get laser-focused on specific areas of their life they want to improve. Our advanced educational technology and heartfelt focus provides participants with practical tools to support them in living more authentic, successful, and abundant lives.

Since 1995 we have been providing opportunities for men, women and teens to experience more of the natural magnificence of who they truly are. Our workshops literally guide participants into the awareness of how life can be better - for them and others - when they are living more authentically. The process is so profound that it transforms the way they look at and live their lives. It creates a deeper experience of clarity, inner peace, health, wealth, success, happiness and joy that becomes a template for how life can be.

Our workshops are educational processes. Each session involves doing, thinking, feeling, and just being. Carefully structured processes, brief lectures, group and individual sharing, and guided creative imagery are utilized creating for participants an experience of loving and caring for themselves and others. Our program's atmosphere is one of unconditional acceptance, safety and support.

THE NINE NOBLE TRUTHS OF AUTHENTIC LEADERSHIP

Why Authentic Leadership?

Are you ready to move away from archaic forms of leadership - dictatorial, bureaucratic, opportunistic, competitive, appeasement styles of yesterday? If you are in a leadership role, how much of leadership concepts and theory you have been exposed to do you feel you have successfully included in your leadership style? It's time for business leaders to adjust their mindset and style to new global business realities and a new generation of workers who work most productively with authentic leaders. We have developed "The Nine Noble Truths of Authentic Leadership" for those ready to align profitability, productivity, service, and satisfaction in an environment of trust and respect.

Noted Leadership author Jim Collins says about Good to Great Company leaders; "Many companies create strategy, then try to rally people around it. Good to Great leaders start with finding and tapping into great people first, and then build great results from their efforts."

Most leaders today have been through many management and leadership training programs throughout their career. While most programs are top notch and offer great content, why doesn't it seem we should all be better off in our business life by now? In observing and speaking to many C-level leaders over the years about their own growth and professional development, the consensus seems to be clear; while there is no shortage and availability of information regarding improving our management and leadership abilities, there is a significant lack of implementation of all this knowledge. While we have had resources on management and leadership available to us since the 1920's, most leaders feel they are not changing their organizations and making the impact they desire.

The majority of CEO's, when asked, "What percentage of your employees do you think are engaged in their work," overwhelmingly respond around 50%! This is supported by the Gallop Management Journal-2009, who recently surveyed U.S. employees to probe their perceptions of how happiness and well-being affect their job performance. Gallup researchers examined employee responses to see which factors differed most strongly among engaged employees (27% of respondents) and those who were not engaged (59%) or actively disengaged (14%). Over 70% of employees surveyed were considered not engaged in the organizations' mission. This is unsustainable! Gallup's findings also indicate that an employee's direct relationship with their leader has a most important effect on engagement, productivity and profitability.

Until we find a way to help people in leadership roles to fully integrate all the wonderful information into their own persona, we will continue to regurgitate the same old information with limited results. What is needed is the next evolution of the traditional management-leadership dynamic of how to best do things and how to get people to do what the leadership intends. How can we meet both of these objectives with people who are fully engaged in their work, communicating freely, and meeting or exceeding ever-increasingly challenging goals and opportunities?

I invite you to join us on this nine month journey to greater levels of executive effectiveness!

WHO AM I WITHOUT MY STUFF?

Business leaders need to evolve to the next level in order to run sustainable, successful enterprises in these rapidly changing times. Transcending and including standard management practices, strategic thinking processes and new leadership theories, today's leader must morph into the Authentic Leader if they truly want to be successful in the long run. Although we have been exposed to fantastic information about managing and leading people and organizations over the past few decades, leaders and workers still struggle meeting each other in ways that optimize the workplace experience. Owners/leader feel their people are 50% engaged at best, and are not as dedicated as they are. Workers feel trapped into jobs that, disregarding pay, do not really allow themselves to flourish.

Kevin has been coaching owners and leaders to this next natural, evolutionary step - Authentic Leadership. Authenticity is our natural state of being, and where we allow ourselves to come to our work from an authentic perspective, we do our best because we are fully engaged, aligned, and alive!

Who Am I Without All My Stuff is simply about becoming your Authentic Self. The Authentic Leader exhibits the following characteristics:

  • They know themselves intimately, warts and all.
  • They seek to live in the present moment, not from fear of the future, or from emotional distress from the past.
  • Their business is a reflection of their own personal passion, values, vision and purpose.
  • They resonate with others who easily align with their mission.
  • They exhibit high leadership characteristics such as deep humility, transparency, ego-less confidence.

This hands-on workshop offers members significant take-home values by:

  • Uncovering the root of all authenticity - passion
  • Defining what matters most - clarifying their core values.
  • Setting a compelling vision through the power of intention.
  • Defining core gifts, strengths, talents and aptitudes.
  • Having a compelling, meaningful purpose for life and work.
  • Uncovering the derailers of authenticity - fears, limiting beliefs, negative emotions and ways to avert them.

Participants will leave with a deeper sense of their own authenticity, and have an on going process of introspection to follow that will help in their personal development.

This program is available for in-house presentation to a variety of organizations, corporations, and non-profits. We will tailor the presentation to meet your specific needs.
