Evolve to Meaning Work-Groups

Evolve to Meaning Work-Groups are groups of like-minded individuals who explore together the many aspects of achieving new avenues to personal growth, success and happiness. These groups meet monthly and follow a curriculum that includes dialog around key learnings, sharing new ideas and concepts. Members also explore alternative ways of overcoming roadblocks to success and happiness.

Evolve to Meaning Work-Groups are an exploration into the possibility of furthering our evolution and expanding our human consciousness together. We focus on helping group members increase their awareness, mindfulness and presence, and to find more meaning in their life that is self-generative; from within themselves rather than external sources. Living life with passion, vision, values and purpose are key indicators of the direction and progress to more meaning in our lives. Starting at the beginning, the process of our creative evolution is that of the unfolding of our "Authentic Self."

The term "authenticity" shares the same etymological root with the terms "authority" and "authorship." The authentic self is its own inner authority and the author of its own destiny. The authentic self is the center of our individuation as human beings. Our authentic self is who we really are. Today humanity needs people who can boldly walk on the leading-edge of human evolution to create a new future for humanity. Evolve to Meaning Work-Groups were created to help develop a new breed of leader for our world. These leaders will come from all walks of life and will be able to shift from an ego-centric existence to a life full of purpose, passion, happiness and meaning.

Work-groups will utilize the book "Get Naked, Get Real, Get Happy - Becoming Your Authentic Self" as the foundation of the curriculum. Other books, magazine, movies, DVD programs, audio, and video programs will be used as well. Outside resource speakers will also be invited to present workshops and lectures. Group members commit to a one year membership with 10 monthly meetings per year. Group size will typically be between ten and twenty. One-on-one coaching with Kevin is recommended, but not mandatory. Coaching can be a powerful tool in assisting members as they assimilate their group learnings. Group members are encouraged to stay connected between monthly meetings allowing them to become a resource for each other.
