About Kevin Rafferty
Kevin Rafferty has over
36 years of top management expertise, from both major corporations
and small entrepreneurial businesses. As CEO of Business
Frontiers, Inc., he shares his personal and organizational
success methods with top executives across all lines of
businesses.
Kevin provides CEO and
executive coaching, group leadership facilitation, and leads
training and development programs for executives and entrepreneurs.
He also guides clients through the strategic planning process,
and helps leaders develop and implement more successful
strategic initiatives. He has provided direction to Fortune
500 firms, entrepreneurial, family-owned businesses and
non-profit organizations.
Kevin has facilitated
and led thousands of business meetings, from strategic planning
sessions, to CEO roundtables, and other professional and
personal growth seminars. His strategic facilitation helps
organizations determine optimal outcomes, then to look at
the resources and actions that will be necessary to accomplish
the plan. He helps people reach alignment and engagement
around a shared sense of purpose. Kevin served for seven
years as Group Chairman for Vistage International, a CEO
peer organization, facilitating four top executive groups
in Orange County, CA.
Prior to starting his
own business, he held titles such as: CEO, Vice President,
Chief Operating Officer, General Manager and Division Manager
for various service and manufacturing companies in the plastics,
construction equipment, automotive aftermarket and training
and development industries.
In the non-profit area,
Kevin served the South Orange County Chambers of Commerce
as their Chairman in 1997-98, and also held the positions
of VP of Business Education and VP of Membership. In 2011
he led that organization through a major strategic planning
process that will expand services and scope. Kevin has worked
with other non-profits such as CHOC Pediatric Specialty
Faculty, Excellence in Public Service, Pilgrimage Family
Health Centers, and Girls, Inc. through writing plans of
work, board development analysis and off-site board leadership
and planning forums. He has been an active supporter of
Junior Achievement and has donated his time as a weekly
consultant to local elementary, middle and high schools.
Kevin has a BA degree
in Social Sciences from Cleveland State University and an
Executive MBA from The Drucker Center, Claremont Graduate
University. In 2009 he authored the book "Get Naked,
Get Real, Get Happy - Becoming Your Authentic Self."
