About Kevin Rafferty
Kevin Rafferty has over 30 years of top management expertise,
from Fortune 500 corporations, family-owned and entrepreneurial
businesses, as well as various non-profit organizations.
An MBA and executive leader, Kevin has revitalized organizations
from the top down with a fresh team-leadership approach.
Kevin helps leaders and employees discover their core competencies,
their highest passions and key performance measures that
trigger lasting and meaningful results.
As CEO of Business Frontiers, Inc., a personal growth organization
specializing in personal, executive and group coaching,
he has spent many years providing coaching to executives
around the country. Kevin also facilitates leadership training
and development workshops for executives and entrepreneurs.
Over the past seven years Kevin has served as Group Chair
for Vistage International, the world's leading chief executive
organization, leading four CEO peer groups.
In the non-profit area, Kevin served the South Orange County
Chambers of Commerce as their Chairman in 1997-98. Other
leadership positions he held in the 90's were VP of Business
Education and VP of Membership. During those years he led
the reorganization of the Chamber over a three year period,
and successfully instituted a new leadership process. Kevin
was very active as the business spokesperson for the successful
Millennium Plan for the El Toro Reuse Initiative, working
closely with local, county and nationally elected officials
as well as with various community and business leaders.
Kevin has worked with other non-profits such as CHOC Pediatric
Specialty Faculty, Excellence in Public Service, Pilgrimage
Family Health Centers, and Girls, Inc. through writing plans
of work, board development analysis and off-site board leadership
and planning forums. He has been an active supporter of
Junior Achievement and has donated his time as a weekly
consultant to local elementary, middle and high schools.
Prior to starting his own business, he held titles such
as: Vice President, Chief Operating Officer, General Manager
and Division Manager for manufacturing companies in the
plastics, aviation, construction equipment and automotive
aftermarket industries.
Kevin holds an Executive MBA from the Claremont Graduate
School and a Bachelors Degree in Social Sciences from Cleveland
State University.
Kevin is the author of the book "Get Naked, Get Real, Get
Happy-Becoming Your Authentic Self," a workbook that allows
the reader to capture their most intimate thoughts about
who they truly are, what they want out of life, and what
defines a life well lived with meaning and passion.
He currently lives in Murrieta, CA with his wife and two
children.
